Simply Implants Institute is an advanced post-graduate dental school focused on comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation and esthetic excellence. Fundamentals & Core 1 is the first step in our four-class residency program continuum (Core 1-4) where participants begin their journey to full-mouth mastery by placing up to 120+ dental implants on real patients. Core 1-4 is part of our Full-Mouth Prosthodontic Dental Implant Division! The only program of its kind in the world. This is the first and only full-mouth residency program offered globally, and we accept just two residency classes each year.
SII Fundamentals of Dental Implants
Duration: (2 Days) Friday-Saturday

Breakdown: Our Fundamentals of Dental Implant course at Simply Implants Institute offers a comprehensive foundation in implant dentistry. You'll learn the core principles of implant placement, including both immediate and fresh techniques, and gain hands-on experience by placing 6–8 implants under expert guidance. The course also covers essential grafting procedures to ensure long-term implant success. In addition, you'll be introduced to modern digital workflows, including photogrammetry and intraoral scanning, to prepare you for the future of implant dentistry. Interactive didactic sessions further reinforce surgical protocols and restorative concepts. This course also serves as the first half of SII Core 1, making it the perfect starting point for those pursuing advanced implant training.
SII Core 1: Foundations of Implant Placement
Duration: (4 Days) Friday-Monday

Breakdown: SII Core 1 is the foundation of your dental implant journey, offering a structured and immersive program that bridges the gap between theory and real-world application. Over four days, participants will place 20–40 implants on live patients, covering diagnosis, bite design, treatment planning, and hands-on surgical techniques. This course introduces digital workflows like photogrammetry, while also providing insight into cost and coding strategies to support efficient practice growth. Whether you’re a new graduate, a didactic-only learner, or a dentist looking to expand your skillset, Core 1 equips you with the tools, confidence, and clinical experience to take your implant practice to the next level.
SII Core 2: Speed & Precision in Implant Surgery
Duration: (2 Days) Sunday-Monday

Breakdown: Breakdown: The SII Core 2 (building upon Core 1 principles) is designed for dentist ready to take their implant skills to the next level with a specific focus on efficiency and precision. This course emphasizes faster implant placement techniques without jeopardizing quality. Doctors will improve their diagnostic and clinical skills in training with basic and more complex restorative cases. In addition, participants will gain hands-on experience with full-arch placements using photogrammetry and Exocad workflows. The discussion of “teeth-in-a-day” concepts with hybrid placements and prosthetics will be emphasized during Core 2 weekend. Over these two immersive days, you'll place another 20 plus implants on live patients, thus sharpening your surgical speed and predictability. Last but not least, this course is Ideal for clinicians who’ve already placed 30–100 implants. Core 2 is your next step forward in mastering immediate loading with temporization and confident full-arch/full-mouth execution.
SII Core 3: Full-Arch & Full Mouth Implant Mastery
Duration: (2 Days) Sunday-Monday

Implants Placed: 20+
Breakdown: This course is an advanced 2-day training course for experienced implant dentists ready to master complex procedures like All-on-X and hybrid full-arch cases. This course focuses on building true clinical independence through advanced techniques, minimal supervision, and high-level execution. Participants will perform 20–40 implant placements on live patients, including anterior cases with immediate temporization and full-arch temporary restorations seated at surgery. You'll gain hands-on experience with both digital workflows and analog techniques, while also learning MUA placement and prosthetic design. SII Core 3 is ideal for clinicians aiming to handle full-mouth rehabilitations, work confidently alongside anesthesiologists, and deliver precise, functional, and aesthetic outcomes in advanced cases.
SII Core 4: FP1 -FP3 Bridges & Hybrids
Duration: (4 Days) Friday-Monday

Core 4: FP1–FP3 Bridges & Hybrids is a comprehensive 4-day course designed for experienced implant dentists ready to master advanced prosthetics and full-arch treatment workflows. Over two days of detailed lectures and two days of live surgery, participants will explore FP1–FP3 designs, hybrid protocols, digital vs. analog workflows, and material selection based on real-world success. You’ll perform live patient surgeries focused on reduction, MUA placement, prosthetic design, and digital capture via photogrammetry or intraoral scanning. This course is ideal for clinicians who already place hybrids but want to gain complete confidence in presenting, planning, and executing every full-arch prosthetic option with precision. Core 4 ensures you’re equipped with the knowledge, lab coordination strategies, and clinical skills to thrive in modern implantology.
