Simply Implants Institute is an advanced post-graduate dental school focused on comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation and esthetic excellence. Fundamentals & Core 1 is the first step in our four-class residency program continuum (Core 1-4) where participants begin their journey to full-mouth mastery by placing up to 120+ dental implants on real patients. Core 1-4 is part of our Full-Mouth Prosthodontic Dental Implant Division! The only program of its kind in the world. This is the first and only full-mouth residency program offered globally, and we accept just two residency classes each year.
SII Core 1: Foundations of Implant Placement
Duration: (4 Days) Friday-Monday

- The Residency Experience: A high-intensity program designed to mimic a first-year prosthodontics residency.
- Philosophy: "Starting with the end in mind"—where advanced restorative goals dictate the surgical placement of every implant.
- Comprehensive Skills: Master bite repositioning, full-arch smile design, and restorations ranging from crowns to overdentures and hybrids (FP 1–3).
- Clinical Volume: Place 20+ implants in just four days, covering cases from simple placements to full-arch reconstructions.

SII Core 2: Speed & Precision in Implant Surgery

- Intensive Growth: Most doctors double their implant output, averaging 20+ placements while mastering efficiency and accuracy.
- Hard Torque Mastery: Learn to achieve the high-torque stability necessary for immediate loading of temporary restorations.
- Advanced Techniques: Experience a high-volume clinical environment involving extractions, grafting, and FP 1 bridges to complete full-mouth reconstructions in a timely fashion.
- One-on-One Mentorship: Diagnostic treatment planning reviews with senior faculty to identify and strengthen specific areas of growth.
 SII Core 3: Full-Arch & Full Mouth Implant Mastery
Duration: (2 Days) Sunday-Monday

- Full-Arch Mastery: Each resident completes two full-mouth hybrid cases (averaging 20+ total implants) from surgery to temporary insertion.
- Digital Integration: Execute a complete digital workflow, including facial mapping, intraoral scanning, and seating your own 3D-printed temporaries.
- Proficiency Standards: Master the speed and accuracy required to complete complex full-mouth surgeries in under six hours.
- Clinical Depth: Gain expert knowledge in MUA (Multi-Unit Abutment) design, hybrid material selection, and the evolution from analog to digital techniques.
SII Core 4: FP1 -FP3 Bridges & Hybrids
Duration: (4 Days) Friday-Monday

Core 4: FP1–FP3 Bridges & Hybrids is a comprehensive 4-day course designed for experienced implant dentists ready to master advanced prosthetics and full-arch treatment workflows. Over two days of detailed lectures and two days of live surgery, participants will explore FP1–FP3 designs, hybrid protocols, digital vs. analog workflows, and material selection based on real-world success. You’ll perform live patient surgeries focused on reduction, MUA placement, prosthetic design, and digital capture via photogrammetry or intraoral scanning. This course is ideal for clinicians who already place hybrids but want to gain complete confidence in presenting, planning, and executing every full-arch prosthetic option with precision. Core 4 ensures you’re equipped with the knowledge, lab coordination strategies, and clinical skills to thrive in modern implantology.
SII Fundamentals of Dental Implants
Duration: (2 Days) Friday-SaturdayÂ

Implants Placed:3-5 (fresh only) implants with extractions and grafting
Breakdown: Our Fundamentals of Dental Implant course at Simply Implants Institute offers a comprehensive foundation in implant dentistry. You'll learn the core principles of implant placement, including both immediate and fresh techniques, and gain hands-on experience by placing3-5 (fresh only) implants with extractions and grafting under expert guidance. The course also covers essential grafting procedures to ensure long-term implant success. In addition, you'll be introduced to modern digital workflows, including photogrammetry and intraoral scanning, to prepare you for the future of implant dentistry. Interactive didactic sessions further reinforce surgical protocols and restorative concepts. This course also serves as the first half of SII Core 1, making it the perfect starting point for those pursuing advanced implant training.
