1. Introduction
Welcome to Simply Implants Institute. By registering for our courses, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which outline policies regarding course participation, rescheduling, liability, and refunds.
2. Course Registration & Payment
- Your registration is only confirmed after full payment is received.
- Course spots are first-come, first-served, and availability is subject to demand.
- Once you lock in a date, your registration is final (see Rescheduling Policy).
3. No Refund Policy
- All course payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- We do not provide refunds for cancellations, missed classes, or inability to attend.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your course to a future date.
- You must request rescheduling at least 30-40 days in advance by emailing [email protected] and receiving confirmation from our team.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Simply Implants Institute.
5. Travel & Liability Disclaimer
- Simply Implants Institute is not responsible for airline, hotel, or travel costs associated with your course attendance.
- We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur outside of course hours and facilities.
- Participants are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
6. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during training.
- Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
